Hi,@TobiasJakobsen-6381
Did you mean that you are not able to use Outlook for Android/IOS to connect to Exchange server, while you can use the gmail app to connect to your server.
Please correct me if I misunderstood your question.

Here are several questions:
1.Are you using the same account?
2.Have you set up some mobile device mailbox policies on your Exchange server?
3.And can you see your device listed as "Quarantined Devices" under "EAC>mobile>mobile device access"?

Hi @KaelYao-MSFT

Yes it's correct that the problem seems only be for outlook Android/IOS where gmail app on same smartphone works fine
the smartphone do not show up in quarantined devices but there no policy that will quarantin but i can say that when i use gmail app the smartphone does show up under Mobile devices

According to the result of ExRCA tool and the gmail app can connect, the activesync should be working fine.
It seems to be a problem on the Outlook client side.

What error did you see via the Outlook for Android/IOS client when it failed to connect to the server?
Please also make sure you are using the latest version.

I'm having the EXACT same issue. The Gmail app works right away and the Outlook app throws a time out. That is, when trying to add an account. And since you cannot create an account, the troubleshooting steps as described in troubleshoot-activesync-with-exchange-server are in vain - there's nothing logged.

As for those troubleshooting steps; I tried them anyway, but I get stuck on EASInspectorFiddler. I downloaded the file, but it doesn't contain any .dll file. Furthermore, the document says "Configure the ActiveSync device to use this workstation as a proxy server" but I don't have a clue how to do that?

To me it looks like there's something wrong with the Outlook app. And troubleshooting is pretty painful, so I hope there's a simple fix?

Simon

Same issue here. Adroid native email app connects to new exchange 2013 CU23 install without issue but the outlook for mobile app on the same device fails to connect to server.
