Unable to connect through virtual machine via Azure Bastion

I have a Linux Virtual machine in prod and I am not able to login to the system using bastion. When trying to login, I am getting a black screen with the following message "The network connection to the Bastion Host appears unstable" in right corner ? can anyone help me to understand what I am missing here ?

    Hi @Judith Francis

    Required few more details, Can you confirm that you can connect to the machine using SSH with the default port 22. If you do not succeed then maybe configuration was changed and need to fix it first.
