Devices manualy installed not enrolling to intune

We have a problem with some clients that was added to autopilot by our OEM manufacture. The device has then been manually reinstalled without going throu the autopilot process.
The device is joined to our local active directory and synced to Auzre AD. In our local Active Directory we have the policy in place that enrols the device to Intune (Enable automatic MDM enrollment using default Azure AD credentials: User Credential). This works for several hundred machines.

What I have tried is to remove the device both from Azure AD and from Autopilot. Then removing all the schedule task so it recreates the task that enrols to Intune. This doese not work.

Dose anyone have a solution for how to manual force a device to join Intune in my case?

Did you use GPO enrollment? If yes, it is suggested to verify that the device is hybrid Azure AD joined. Run the following command as administrator in PowerShell.

 dsregcmd /status
