MS Teams CVI: Invite SIP/H323 to the meeting

Hello, team!

Got a question regarding the CVI and GraphAPI:
It sure is possible to dial into the ms teams meeting over CVI using regular sip devices (like Polycom X30), but is it possible to invite such device into the call using it's sip address? It seems like the documentation for GraphAPI is only describing cases of dialing into the MS Teams meeting, wonder if there's the way to make a call out.

Thank you

Hi @MaksymRossiitsev-1562,

From Teams side, you need to provide permission for the video teleconferencing devices to join your organizations meetings via the partner service. For more details, you can refer to:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cloud-video-interop-for-teams-set-up#consent

Yes, this would allow it for vtc devices to join the meeting, but is there a way to invite such device to a meeting instead (similarly to calling out to SIP/h323) when the call is already in progress?

Like this functionality https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/participant-invite?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http but for the external vtc devices

Hi @MaksymRossiitsev-1562

I tried to search the API for Teams meeting but did not find any related API about it.

The following link shows Poly Group Series with Microsoft Teams for your reference:
