Syncing Team based sharepoint sites on Linux

Question

I am attempting to access Team Sharepoint Sites on my created teams, on a university owned site, on a linux system using Rclone, so that I may sync files on its with my linux based system(I use for running research related software packages).

The website in questions is

https://teams.microsoft.com/_#/school/files/General?threadId=19:**********************d1@thread.ta*****x=channel

The support has asked me to provide "site and drive id" of my share-point site as any option(OneDrive, Webdav) throws error "405" while accessing the website via Rclone on linux.

Due to Rclone is a third-party application, our forum does not support it.

You could sync SharePoint Team site libraries with the new OneDrive sync app. The specific steps please refer to this link.
