Not sure if the installer is faulty.
Can't upgrade from W7 to W10: error c0000005 (Access violation) for setupplatform.exe

Hi, Since one week I try to upgrade from W7SP1 to W10.
I tried quite everything I found on the net:
Fully uninstall AntiVirus
250Gb free on HD, 16Go RAM
done SFC, DISM: no pb
W7 fully updated
deactivate services and run tasks
unplug all hardware except keyboard/mouse
from clean boot
using media installer (both from local HD and USB key)
W10 downloading and installation OK
Then it reboots, and I get a blue screen with Update Installation... till 26% where it reboots suddenly and rollback to W7.
Please find below the end of setupact.log, and all SetupDiagResults.log. I have all other files -log/dmp- if needed.
Thanks to help! I need to migrate to W10 urgently now!

Both failed with the mentioned error. -
