Always available offline is greyed out

Hello,

I have recently set up two Windows 10 pro laptops and I have found that the "Always available offline" option is greyed out when I browse to network shares that contain folders that are redirected (Desktop and Documents). It appears to be available on a Windows 7 machine whilst logged on with the same user account so I don't think it's a folder permission issue. The file server is a Windows Server 2012 Foundation if that's relevant.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks
Joanne

I had spotted that post but none of the suggestions seem to be relevant for me.
