What issue are you facing exactly? It doesn't change anything in regard to multi-homing that your agents are in a DMZ or in the LAN...

Hi CyrilAzoulay,

I am new to SCOM however, we are actually in the process of installing SCOM 2019
we have around 5 DMZ servers, i am not sure if we need to follow the below steps

First do we need to install certificate on both DMZ server and on the new SCOM management server
then login to the DMZ server add the New SCOM group and Management server name in the control panel (Microsoft Monitoring Agent)

kindly provide suggestion on this how can we perform multi-home on DMZ servers.

Regards,
Ravi Shankar

If the servers in the DMZ are already talking to the SCOM 2012 servers, they probably already have the required certificates.
But you indeed need to create the certs for the SCOM 2019 servers, and then add the 2019 management group to the config of the agents in DMZ

You should use the same CA, for generating SCOM 2012 R2 agent certificate, for SCOM 2019.
