I have a client who has MFA enabled via conditional access policy. His Internal policy is for an mfa prompt every 14 days. Is there a way to exclude the polycom phones from this policy?

It seems no direct way to exclude Polycom phone.
I checked the device platforms in AAD conditional access policy.
Polycom device is not in the scope. 
It recommends you contact Polycom support engineer about whether Polycom phone could avoid MFA.
