Application Insights Availablity Monitor Costs

Hi Community,
In Azure Monitor, I have set up a single-url Availability test/monitor via Application Insights resource tool.
I turned it on for 24 hours, how do view it's cost footprint ? (Test Type = Url ping test)
Thanks!
Best Regards,
Donald

HI @CollinsDonald-2619
Application Insights makes it easy to understand what your costs are likely to be based on recent usage patterns. To get started, in the Azure portal, for the Application Insights resource, go to the Usage and estimated costs page:
Understand your usage and estimate costs
understand and track your usage once using Azure Monitor

Hi learn2skills,
Thank you for your reply.
From the home page, https://portal.azure.com/#home, how do I find the "Usage and Estimated costs page"
or
From the Applicationg Insights page, how do I find the "Usage and Estimated costs page"
Thanks!

Found it under "Configure", app-insight-rs-01 | Usage and estimated costs

Okay so I'm on the "app-insight-rs-01 | Usage and estimated costs" page.

What I'm thinking is that any availablity test or other monitoring test created under our "app-insight-rs-01" resource would be group together for a total cost via viewing "Usage and estimated costs" for the "app-insight-rs-01" resource.
So we won't see our specific test listed here.

What I am seeing is:

"
Estimated Costs: The table below shows estimated monthly costs* for this Application Insights resource based on the last month's usage.

Includes most features and you pay only for the data volume you send. Data ingestion
2.30 USD/GB 0.000 GB 0.00 USD
"

So my availablity test (enabled for 24 hours) did not incure any costs as we have not used a GB of data yet for this test @ 2.30$/GB.
Is this correct ?

Best Regards,
Donald

@CollinsDonald-2619 Kindly note data ingestion price is separate from availability tests. Availability tests are categorized as URL Ping tests, Multi-step web test and Custom Track Availability test. Pricing for each of the tests is calculated as shown below.

Your estimated monthly cost in highlighted section as shown in below image.

If your availability test is URL ping test, then it's of free of cost.
