What happens when I "reset" a virtual machine in my virtual machine pool?

If I log into labs.azure.com and navigate to one of my labs, I can go into the virtual machine pool page and select one or more virtual machines in the pool. When I make the selection, I get two actions I can perform: "Start" and "Reset". What I would like to know is what happens when I click the Reset button? Does the machine's IP address change? Does the port number on the machines RDP address change? Or does the image just get reset to the template image from which the machine was built?

When you click "Reset", the virtual machine will be deleted and then created again. This process will remove and reassign the IP address as well as change the port number on the RDP address.
