endpoint cant be created hcw

dears,

i need your expertise with the below:

exchahge hcw was configured successfully and i was able to migrate mailboxes without any problem
recentlry, when i do it i receive this error: the connection to the server could not be completed

mrs is enabled, tried to disable and reenable with iis reset. nothing changed
wsauth is true too

ews and autodiscover using remote connectivity are working too.

https://webmail.com/ews/exchange.asmx working too internally and externally
https:,//webmail.com/ews/mrsproxy.svc returning error 503 internally and externally

test-migrationserveravailability fails with the below:

i have one cas and one mbx 2013 servers.
in both webconfig files there is no data import number of connections neither mrs proxy connections values. i dont know if this is the issue
moreover, i updated the credentials used for the endpoint with no luck and i cant create endpoint on both on prem server and exchange online

i have been stuck with the above
your experience is highly appreciated

fixed my ms support
exchange self signed certificate was missing from the mbxs and on the frontend

Hi @eg1995

According to your information above, you have updated the credential in migration endpoint and still get the error the connection to the server could not be completed. We could try recycling the MSExchangeServicesAppPool on Exchange server.

What changes have been made to your environment recently? Have you tried creating a new endpoint and verify the result again

New-MigrationEndpoint -Name Endpoint1 -ExchangeRemoteMove -EmailAddress user@Company portal .com -Credentials (Get-Credential contoso\admin) -SkipVerification -Autodiscover

the above was run from exchange server powershell.
if the test command is from echange online the error is the below:
