Windows Autopilot Connector status Unhealthy

Hi,

I noticed that we have "Windows Autopilot Connector status Unhealthy" so it has not synced for several weeks. We noticed this when we now tried to upload a autopilot device from a CSP. After some troubleshooting we found out that we did not have the CNAMES enterpriseenrollment.manage.microsoft.com and enterpriseregistration.windows.net. So after adding this, we where able to have a valid CNAME Validation insude Endpoint Manger.

We still have the error, and if i click on the autopilot devices, and hit sync, I also get an error that a sync is already in process. I don`t know if the CNAME stuff was related, but i think so.

Any comments

@andreasbright-4989 , For the error, it seems to be general. Not specific. Research but not find any more information, We suggest to contact Microsoft support to check in the background to see if there's any more finding on it. To open case, we can refer to the steps in the following link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/get-support

Thanks for the understanding and have a nice day!

Hi,

Thanks, it was a general problem. Solved by MS today.

Ref:
Title: Admins can't sync Autopilot devices User Impact: Admins may be unable to sync Autopilot devices in the Microsoft Intune service. Current status: We've received reports of an issue which is preventing admins from syncing Autopilot devices in the Microsoft Intune service. We're analyzing the corresponding Azure Active Directory (AAD) service telemetry to help us determine why these attempted syncs have been failing. We're also initiating a full sync for devices, which we expect will mitigate the impact. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to admins attempting to sync Autopilot devices.
