What's the expected IOPS per service level? Can you also provide some examples of IOPS speed per TiB and also by block size?

IOPS will vary based on block size. The performance guidance for Azure NetApp Files is to, based upon performance requirements, select the correct service level for a capacity pool and create the appropriately sized volume (volume quota) to meet the need.
