Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

All the clients already installed with Office 2013 std and the client that installed with Visio 2013 will receive same office 2013 updates even the updates installed already.

Please try to check the internet-based updates through the settings menu like the image below:


1.If the update is required after the online scan, perhaps we need to approve the requirement from the WSUS console.
2.If the update isn't required after the online scan, maybe we could ignore the requirement from the WSUS console.
