authentication error on the registered app personnalisation

Hi everyone!

I have some errors since yesterday on my Azure Active Directory Portal when I'm trying to go to some sections on the registered application settings :

I don't have any subscriptions. I just follow the tutorial "Build Ruby on Rails apps with Microsoft Graph". Everything worked fine before.

Thank you for your help!

@AlexisLewalle-3357, It seems to be an issue with the Azure Portal for your region. We had an outage lately in the UK region but that's fixed. Do check your region once in AAD. You can find your region from AAD --> Properties

Also I would recommend connecting with the Microsoft Support Team to dig in this further. See how to open a support ticket with Microsoft.

Do let us know if that helps.

If there are any more queries around this, please do let us know so that we can help you further. Also, please do not forget to accept the response as "Answer" if the above response helped in answering your query.

Thank you for responding quickly @soumi-MSFT!

Unfortunately, I also don't seem to be able to access the AAD properties...

Any idea?

Thank you and good day!

@AlexisLewalle-3357, Not sure why yo are not seeing that option. One more thing that you can check is your usage location. you would be able to find this detail under your user account in AAD. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Hope this helps. In case here also the usage location is not listing up, you can do two things:

  1. Contact your Global Admin and check for the usage location or get that added if missing.

  2. If you are the Global Admin, edit your profile and try adding a usage location.

  3. If all the above two points doesnt help, create a case with Microsoft support as mentioned above to help you further.

After several attempts, I have not managed to access a settings page where I can change the region of my account...

I always have a "connection error" (I don't have connections issues btw). I'm not on a team, I am the only person who has access.

How can I check if I am the Global Admin ? I just created an account and go to the portal, that's all

So should I create a support ticket?

Thank you

@AlexisLewalle-3357, Yes it would be easier to troubleshoot this issue while on a screenshare and hence I would recommend you create a support case as mentioned above.

@AlexisLewalle-3357, I apologize for not able to help you completely here. But this issue would be best handled if a support case gets opened. Do let me know in case you face any issues creating the case, I would be more than happy to help you.
