We have built an auto-attendant which has differing business hours depending on the day of the week.
If we need to go back into the auto-attendant to make changes, the hours are set back to default and all changes are lost.
How do we prevent this?

Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before happened?
Could any other admins change the settings of Auto Attendant properly?
I try to modify the auto attendant settings in my lab and found that if I make any changes, business hours will be reset to default. A workaround is to reenter the Business hours when you change other settings in auto attendant.
We will work on this problem and any update I will share with you here.

Yes, this is a persistant problem. As soon as I open the auto-attendant to make changes, or just to review the settings, the business hours revert to default. No one else is working on the file, but myself at this point in time.
Today, I tested this again in my lab. This issue is fixed.
It recommends you try again in your environment to check if this issue is fixed too.
@CarolCartwright-1951,
Do you have any update now?
Hello
I have just checked our auto-attendant and the times have remained as programmed last week.
I believe the issue is resolved.
Thank you for the speedy response.
Carol
