Blocked URL still appearing in results

We are using an embedded instance of the Bing Custom Search on our website.

We have blocked a URL in the Blocked tab and Published the configuration/instance. However, the URL is still appearing in the test interface of the instance as well as in the published version. We have also tried using the "Block" button directly on the specific search result and it has not removed it either.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    @DaVitaInteractive Do you have an option to remove it block list, then publish it and then block and publish?
    Or evert what is published and try again?

    Also, I am curious if you see this behavior when you consume the host UI?
