QuickAssist "An Error has Occured"

When launching QuickAssist my client gets the error "An Error Has Occurred". I also cannot launch Remote Control from SCCM to that machine.

    The resolution for both of these issues, QuickAssist and cannot launch Remote Control from SCCM is the below configuration:

    Launch IE > Internet Options > Advanced and uncheck the "do not save encrypted pages to disk” option.
