Error while trying to update my tax profile to apply my program

I'm trying to get monetized on a streaming platform and it's making me go through the Microsoft partner to give them my tax details, however, when I try to do so I'm greeted with an error that looks like this.

any help will be appreciated as this is the only barrier in my way thank you
