I am uanble to upgrade my account because my billing access was changed automatically by Azure

Recently my account was disabled. I would like to find out how to enable it and upgrade it. Its not letting me upgrade.

When you say your account was disabled, are you referring to your subscription? Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing, so I can gain a better understanding of your issue.

Yes, my subscription was disabled. Based upon an email from Azure, I was able to upgrade the subscription and the subscription got enabled.
