I'm download official windows server 2008 r2 iso and trying to activate windows server 2008 r2 180 days license. but i'm getting "The Product key you typed has been blocked from use by Microsoft" with error code 0xc004c003. how to fix this issue?

Evaluating any version of Windows Server 2008 R2 software does not require entering a product key, however will require activation within 10 days.
There's no need to enter in a product key for the 2008 R2 evaluation. The product key is embedded. Connect to internet to complete activation.

Also, the error code occurs because the incorrect permissions are set on the Tokens.dat file or this file is corrupted.

yes i download the that version. i have old vps that has activated 180 days trial. today i rearm it and try to activate it again. i'm getting same error on it.
i tried that but it didn't work
