Go into WSUS> Options, then Server Cleanup Wizard

I believe this will remove duplicate updates, Refer WSUS showing duplicated server entries

This morning I runned "Server Cleanup Wizard", but I see that issue is not solved.

In my case I have Windows 10 Upgrade 20H2 duplicated as you can see in the picture:

How can I solve it?

It's not duplicated.
2020-10 x2 (x64/x86)
2020-12 x2 (x64/x86)

Use the approvals process and the proper columns to see what updates apply to your systems, and which ones are superseded/superseding

Agree with AJTek-Adam-J-Marshall, they are not duplicated, the release date of updates are different, we could show the tab of Release Date to check them. Please refer to this screenshot:
