How do I create an instance of Azure Database for MySQL?

Hi RohanJones

There are several methods available for creation of the Azure DB for MySQL instance. Here is the documentation for the same:

1) Using Portal
2) Using Powershell
3) Using Azure CLI
4) Using ARM Template
