Recommended you to follow these steps:
Redeploy to a new host by accessing the VM properties blade in the Azure portal and clicking "Redeploy"
Resetting the guest NIC may restore RDP connectivity to the VM
Check that the DHCP client service is enabled

No, I have added public IP and added NSG group.
Not able to connect to RDP.

Any other ways to connect RDP ?

Hi @VCNRTech-6217 we've faced the same issue a couple of times. The following article helped out a lot, especially the Offline configuration part.
In most cases it's the firewall config within the OS which switched from Public / Domain or Private.
