My contact list in MS Teams disappear from time to time. I created several groups.
Only a restart helps.
Is this problem known to others?
Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before happened?

Currently, this is not a known issue. I checked in my lab. It works properly.
You could log in Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) to check if this issue exists.
Except restarting Teams, try to clear the client cache by deleting any files in the following folders and make sure the client is the latest version:
