Failed to verify signature - Workflow manger 1.0 refresh(cu2) for sharepoint 2013

We are planning to set up a Workflow manager with our SharePoint 2013, and It says signature verification failed from Web Platform installer 5.1 tried all the solutions. Nothing helps, can you support fixing this issue?

    Hi @AdminKavNiya ,

    Please go to %Localappdata%\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer\logs and check the logs there. Can you find more detailed error messages? And also, Can you find download links like below? Try to download it in browser and install it offline.

    Thanks Allen, I have tried the offline install issue that occurs at the time of install, download is working fine. when I download offline and install it says you have to install this via web platform installer due to its required prerequisite checks.

    Finally, I was able to resolve this issue and I thought I must write about this.
