How do I install the cumulative update windows 10 version 1909 back?

I accidently uninstalled the cumulative updates for windows 10. What do I do?

Just go to settings, Update and security, click on check for updates.

Do you mean that you uninstalled the 1909 feature release or that you uninstalled the May security updates for 1909?

I uninstalled the feature update one

To install the 1909 Feature Update, download the Windows 10 ISO file directly from Microsoft website. Once you download the ISO, mount it and run setup from there.

Just perform a Repair Installation.

A Repair Installation allows you to keep the programs and data though redundant backups are always a good idea. This is not the same a Clean Install.

I think I might did an error. It was actually the time I uninstalled Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems in the control panel
