@NBL-6269 Apologies for the delay in response and all the inconvenience caused because of the issue.
The issue might be with your AD/AAD setup. So you might would need to involve Support to investigate.

It is just for ine specific user actually. Do you think this could be Azure AD setup related?
@NBL-6269 Sometimes permissions can vary with user in Azure AD as well but since this issue is recurring so even if it is for one user it is needed to be investigated by Support. Do let me know if you need any help with opening Support Ticket.
