Suppose I have Windows 7 operating system and I take Windows 10 E3 subscription and upgrade my OS to Windows 10 Enterprise and after 1 year I decide not to renew the subscription according to Microsoft my OS will stay Windows 10 Pro. What I want to know is after my subscription expires and my OS gets corrupted and I have to reinstall my OS how can I get back Windows 10 Pro back in my computer or that is not possible?

If you have upgraded windows7 to windows10 Pro to meet the conditions.

To take advantage of E3, you must have the following:
-Windows 10 Pro, version 1607 (Windows 10 Anniversary Update) or later, installed and activated, on the devices to be upgraded
-Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) available for identity management

Therefore, you must first upgrade windows7 to windows10 Pro to be able to meet the conditions.
If a Pro device had been upgraded to Enterprise via E3, then E3 disabled or expired, this device will go back Pro but still activated.
