StatusCode: 409 when creating Cart using partner center api

Hi all,

For a project we use the partner center api. When creating a cart using

Occasionally I'm getting response errors when creating a Cart for a customer.

We use the following request json body:

Any idea, what is causing this conflict?

Did this issue happen for all customers in Partner Center ?

409 error code may happen when creating a chat with same products as the customer already owned.

Hi thanks for the reply. No it looks like it is occasionally. Are there more scenarios, which trigger a status code 409?

409 mostly occur have duplicated products for customer.

If creating a new cart for a new customer, it should be working.
