Windows 10 Mail app doesn't show emails with empty contents

Question

Hi

I'm using the Mail app in Windows 10, and found that mails with no contents (just subject and recipients) are not shown in the email list or search results.

It uses IMAP to connect to the mail server. I can see those empty emails on the mail server via webmail.

Please help.

I did some search on this question, it seems there's no best solution for this issue.

Here are some general suggestions from the community you could try :

And I also I find one user report, Click the 'Forward' link. In the new mail that is created the original email will appear. Close the forwarded email and the mail body will then show in the originally received mail.

Hi Charles, sorry the issue isn't get solved here.

You may also post it Microsoft community , users there are more familiar with this issue and are better at solving it.
