Unable to get my previous access of microsoft office 365

Sir/Mam,

I purchased dell laptop last month with pre installed windows 10 and life time access of Microsoft office with an other antivirus software but today my laptop troubled me, So I recovered my windows from my flash drive and signed in with all my account with Microsoft office outlook as well. Now I am totally feeling bad and disappointed because, even after I logged in my account but showing me to buy the office again :( . Please help me out by solving my problem and providing my previous access with kind.

I am sorry for not reading the reply and i am again sorry for messaging a mistake. Actually, the account of ms office was an other log in ID but i tried for an other account.

Where did you purchase this Microsoft 365 apps? Or is it pre-installed on the computer？
Besides, Microsoft 365 apps are not a one-time purchased products, they are a subscription products, such as after 1 year you need to renew Microsoft 365 apps.

Please go to Contrl Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, check the version of your Microsoft 365 apps.
It's also recommended to take a screenshot of "Programs and Features" and the interface that shows "buy office".

Generally, Microsoft 365 apps are activated based on per account.
If you have activated Microsoft 365 apps successfully before, please make sure the account you logged in is the account bound with Microsoft 365 apps.

I suggest you log into Services & Subscriptions, then check whether there is Microsoft 365 apps shown on screen.
If yes, please uninstall Office on your PC, then restart your PC and install the Office from Services & Subscriptions.
