Hi everybody,

I've add an OU to my synchronisation to Azure. The OU contains 5 users.
Now when i start the the sync, i see 5 disconnectors.
When I troubleshoot the connector it says it includes for the specific OU
When I troubleshoot the search connector space it doesn't display the OU.

In the user properties nothing has changed. And i don't get sync errors, only the disconnectors which are deprecated so i can't troubleshoot that way.

I hope people have an idea to further troubleshoot. Because it think i've done every step.

    Hi everyone,

I had a call with Microsoft. It seemed like Azure had a problem with known users (who where once synced to Azure) and syncing them again in a new OU.
So when I first placed them in the custom users OU and synced them, it began to work.
Placing them back and syncing them, worked too.

And I've tested a new user in the new OU and that object got synced too. So it works!

    Kind regards,
