Users unable to change passwords

Hello, I hope you can support me with this problem,

You recently enabled Password Self-Service in Azure AD synchronized with On-premises Active Directory. When a user tries to change their password from the office portal they are thrown that "The password does not meet the length, complexity, age or history requirements established by the corporate password policy", whatever the new password they want to change, however when I enable the option "The user must change the password at the next login" from Active Directory Local, in this case if it allows the change without problems.

Hi @JJ-8514 , do you have any custom password policies enabled? This may be interfering with the options. Please let me know and I can help further.

Hi JamesHamil-MSFT, Only the gpo policy, I did the test with an administrator user and if it allows me to make the change but with a user without permissions no.

So I have my team group policy:
