My apps unable to manage apps

Beginning a couple of days ago, our Azure SSO users stopped being able to manage they apps and change the credentials. When users click on the three dots above the app logo in the My Apps page, they get the dropdown option to "Manager Your Account" where they see 70107-image.png

In the past, clicking on accounts would show the users account credentials and allow them to delete or change as needed.

Now, once they click on the accounts link, Add accounts appears for a very short time, then goes away, and the user credentials never appear. See Figure 2: 70089-image.png This is not true as apps with current credentials will work even though it says no accounts exist.
