As a workaround, you can go to Meetings and enable anonymous users can join meeting option to complete it in Teams admin center. Then external user should copy the meeting link and click continue on the web. After that, users can join the meeting as anonymous by default.

@JimmyYang-MSFT Thank you for the reply. In that case, if the person have an Teams' account and its application in his company PC already, how is it going? Even he tries to open Teams with anonymous login, does the application automatically pop up with his account name?

It will not affect external users to join meeting as anonymous. You can join Teams meeting using "InPrivate Window" mode.

If you login in Teams client with your account then join Teams meeting, it will display your name in the meeting.
