Hi anonymous user,

If you don't have the local administrator's password, you can always reset it, here's a guide for you:
Resetting Administrator Password in Windows 2012

I found a windows server 2016 Standard(16 core) DVD,is this one can be used to change the windows server 2012r2 system password?

I don't think 2016 DVD could work. Please see, How to Reset Administrator Password in Windows Server 2012 R2.
