DACPAC Deployment is failed as it says Internal Error. The database platform service with type Microsoft.Data.Tools.Schema.Sql.Sql150DatabaseSchemaProvider is not valid. You must make sure the service is loaded, or you must provide the full type name of a valid database platform service. Target platform is SQL 2019.
@Jacob-4626 Are you deploying from your local machine or from a deployment pipeline?
If it is from your local machine or VM, please make sure you have the latest version of SSMS installed.

This is happening because the build agent you are using doesn't have the required version of DacFX.
Please download and install the version appropriate for your build agent from here
