In my govt ID, my name is represented like below:

First Name: Kazi Masumur
Last Name: Rahman

So, I followed the same to register the form for certification exam AZ-500. Please let me know urgently if you need my driver's license card or PR card to justify the information. Please fix the issue and guide me if necessary as soonest possible.
