Is Power View add-in available in Excel (Office 365 Suites)?

Hello,
I am trying to animate data as a function of time (temperature decay) and was hoping to use the features available in Power View to quickly accomplish the tasks. However, it appears that Power View add-in is no longer available in Excel (Office 365), please let me know how I can get this. Thank you,
