what does this mean

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver nvaki.inf_amd64_d835ec0500608207 for Device Instance ID PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B06&SUBSYS_85E51043&REV_A1\4&14A91CC3&0&0008 with the following status: 0x0.

Today while sitting at my computer i suddenly got a bunch of white lines across my monitor and now i can no longer use my nvidia graphics card, i have to disable the card through device manager or i will get blue screens that report a video tdr failure as well, i got the above info from viewing the events of the nvidia graphics card under device manager

*edit - im mostly trying to determine whether or not the card has simply failed or if its a driver issue

**edit - i have already tried system restores, rolling back the driver was unavailable so i completely uninstalled the nvidia drivers and reinstalled version 4274 and nothing has worked, it is a 1080TI

Sounds like some part of the hardware has failed.
