Hi,
every Team have a default Planner already created, maybe you are trying to create a duplicated Planner so you get the error, try "Use an existing Planner from this Team" instead.

Hi, Luca! The Team is new, it was created a few hours ago. It has no previous planner.

I was not clear, sorry. Every time you create a Team, it’s instantly created also a Planner with the same name connected to that Team.
So please check the Existing Planner ;-)

In this case, we recommend you confirm if this problem occurs as well in Teams web client as well
Besides, it is also a good way to contact the admin in your organization to check the related settings about enabling Teams in telnant-wide level and make sure these accounts can use these app normally.
