intune company portal

hello Im an IT admin for my company and i have been trying to set up company portal on one of my clients phone. we use okta as a sso and login on the domain with the okta to access Microsoft and everything in office and all that jazz. the problem is there phone is a android and its not wanting to check the device status

@JustinJacobson-1230 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For checking the device status, one is check in the device manually, and another is waiting for the automatically check in. Automatically check's cycle is about every 8 hours in Android. We can read the following article as a reference.
