My Azure account is locked, but the rest of the Microsoft account is not locked.

My Azure account is locked, but the rest of the Microsoft account is not locked. I can access and use my mail on the microsoft account, but when I try to access the Azure portal, I get the followering error.

This account is the only account connected to my subscription so I can't login with another user, and unlock my account. I have tried with microsoft support, but they could not help. I have tried with azure support, but they require the subscription ID, which I can't access.

With the help of email address used for Azure signup, the subscription management team (Azure support) should be able to find your account/subscription details. If you already have a support request number, share it with us and we shall help you further in this matter.
