We are about to request to add our application tothe IE compatibility list.
Could you let me know about the following?
Can we specify path in the URL? Do you accept FQDN only?
ex. https://www.xxxx/xxxx/
Will all requests be accepted? Have some cases been rejected?
When the compatibility list will be updated?

I am not available with the information that you had asked in the question.
I also am available with the same document and you can notice that it does not contain that information.
I suggest you include those questions in the Email when you send the request for adding your site to the IE compatibility list.
