Local users missing after KB4023057 update on Windows 10 Pro 20H2

Hello. Three days ago, after the update KB4023057, all the local users disappear in Local Users and Groups snap-in on all the PCs (Windows 10 Pro 20H2). ![72156-immagine.png][1] Instead all the local groups are shown and the users are inside them. Have you tried uninstall this KB4023057?
The aim of the patch is to address issues that have been preventing some people from upgrading to newer versions of Windows 10, and also override any blocks that users have put in place to stop feature updates from being installed.
So if you have upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10 by Windows Assistant, check for updates or media creation tool, KB4023057 is useless. Now it leads to Users disappears, you could uninstall it safely.

How can I uninstall this patch?
It's not in the list of the patches in the Control Panel.
But I have "Microsoft Update Health Tools" in the Programs.

About Microsoft Update Health Tools, looks like it may be part of update KB4023057 which is supposed to enhance reliability of updates (some say it reenables forcing updates on people). It may appear in Settings>Apps where you can remove it.
In my opinion, the best practice now is go to the following website and in-place upgrade Windows 10 to the latest version 20H2 by ISO image, don’t need to install any updates additionally, and upgrade will automatic fix system related issue…

Please confim if I understand well.

Now I have Win 10 Pro 20H2 with the issue: I run in-place upgrade to the same version (20H2) with Media Creation Tool to fix system related issue, correct?

Yes, Alessandro. Despite your current system version is 20H2, you could still use same version of iso to in-place upgrade, this behavior called repair upgrade, and this way is always used for fix system issue
