I claimed my device years ago and can't remember the account I used... not sure how to get it onto a new account or get a hint of the original

I have an azure sphere starter kit v1 and I claimed the device on an account and have no idea what it was so it will not let me change anything on it

Hello @Camron Steele , Could you please check the Azure Portal and check if you can see the registered emailID? Any error message while you try to login?
I can not remember the account I used is the problem is there a way to see which account it is on. I can log into azure portal with my current email but it is not claimed there

Hello @QuantumCache I have the same issue, my kit was claim 2 years ago, and my subscription on Azure removed. So now I want register my dev kit but I cannot create tenant. I did recover device and update SDK to version 21.10.2.52856. Could you help?

Just a quick update, a brand new device is being used over here as part of the resolution. Please comment in the below section if you have any feedback or thoughts on this matter.
Same issue. Old Azure Sphere MT3620 development Kit. Don'te remember the tenant or login. Was able to update the firmware and create a new login.
If I run azsphere tenant list, there is nothing. Try to create a new tenant I get the following error:
"Failed to create an Azure Sphere tenant. This may be because this device has previously been used to create an Azure Sphere tenant. Each device can only be used once for this purpose"
Any suggestions?
