Can not retrieve or change the user account...

Hi

Windows Server 2016 standard with Essentials.

In Essentials dashboard When I try to assign a computer to a user for remote access I get the error;

I have down a dcdiag which seems to come out fine with all tests passing.

How can I fix this please?
