Hello @HarshDamania-8117 Microsoft Graph follows the Microsoft Lifecycle Policy where Microsoft declares a version as deprecated at least 24 months in advance of retiring it. The current version, v1.0 contains features that are generally available and ready for production use. While extensionProperty is not yet getting deprecated, graph extensions are the recommended way to add custom data to resources, see here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/extensibility-overview. Open and Schema extensions are also supported on more resources than extensionProperty and support a wider range of operations. Please let me know if this helps.

yes but if we use open and schema extension then we cant use those properties in dynamic groups right?

That is correct. Neither of those extension mechanisms (unfortunately) can be used with dynamic membership rules. Maybe in the future it might be possible with schema extensions, but it's unlikely to be the case for open extensions (ever), mainly because this aren't schematized.

Directory Extensions (extensionProperties is where you store extension definitions for Directory Extensions) are still fully supported through Microsoft Graph and are NOT deprecated.

So in your case you will need to use Directory Extensions to work with your dynamic membership scenario.
